Membership Requirements - Please read and signify acceptance below at the bottom of the membership form. In addition to filling out the form below you MUST mail in a signed Liability Waiver Form with your membership payment.  No waiver, no membership, it's that simple. Families must list additional members, with DOB, in the Comments box below. A waiver form for each member of a family must accompany your membership payment. New members must include the name of a current Blitzschnell Ski Club member as sponsor, or 2 current EICSL members, or be a member of the Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce, or have a member for reference.  New members may be required to meet with a club representative prior to membership being accepted. New members must state if they have been a member of an EICSL club previously and identify the club. During the first year of membership the club may terminate membership at any time. Race-Only members joining from other clubs do not need to send a liability waiver, they will have done that through their membership club.

Membership fees and waivers are due by November 1, 2011, otherwise I cannot guarantee you a membership card for EICSL Kick Off event (Blitzschnell members only, not members of other clubs joining to race).   Please make checks payable to Clark Linehan and mail them to Clark Linehan, 18 Hemlock Drive, Canton, MA  02021.  Due to bank fees and the highly seasonal nature of this club I closed the separate ski club bank account and opened a new, no fees, personal account just for club use.  Please e-mail me if you have any questions at csl@linehan-photography.com.  Thanks!
