Membership Requirements - Please read and signify acceptance below at the bottom of the membership form.

In addition to filling out the form below you MUST mail in a signed Liability Waiver Form with your membership payment. No waiver, no membership, it's that simple.
Families must list additional members, with DOB, in the Comments box below.
A waiver form for each member of a family must accompany your membership payment.
New members must include the name of a current Blitzschnell Ski Club member as sponsor, or 2 current EICSL members, or be a member of the Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce, or have a member for reference.
New members must state if they have been a member of an EICSL club previously.
During the first year of membership the club may terminate membership at any time.
Race-Only members joining from other clubs do not need to send a liability waiver, they will have done that through their membership club.
